These Align-Pilates Pro Soft Weights are ideal for Pilates, plyometrics, balance training, and mobilization exercises. In addition to offering a more fluid range of motion than using a standard dumbbell, the soft weight design is safer due to its soft-shell design, reducing the risk of damage or injury if dropped. These Pilates soft weights are filled with iron sand, and the shape also helps develop functional grip strength while offering a more comfortable fit to your hands. Available in 0.5kg(1.1 lbs), 1kg (2.2lbs) and 1.5kg (3.3lbs). Sold in pairs.
