Frequently Asked Questions

We have 2 types of delivery available:

• FREIGHT- we ship all of our reformers and larger equipment on pallets using Freight Forwarders.  We provide tracking details and customers are contacted before deliveries are made.
  • Two freight service levels are available:
    • Curbside – Our standard freight delivery. Equipment is delivered as close to your premises as possible. The carrier will offload from the truck, but it is your responsibility to carry, unpack, and install the equipment, and to dispose of all packaging and the wooden pallet. Two people will be needed to move the product inside.
    • White Glove – A premium service available for most destinations in the Continental USA and Canada, for an additional charge. The carrier will unpack your shipment, move it to your chosen location, and remove all packaging including the wooden skid. • UPS Standard;  UPS is used for all small accessories.  Tracking information is created when the order is placed.

We aim to send shipments, from our warehouse, within 2 business days from confirmation.  Delivery times vary depending on ship-to location.

Kloz Inc. is the exclusive distributor for Align-Pilates in North America.  Kloz Inc. also owns SwamiG.ca, SwamiG.store and Klozinc.ca. GoAlignPilates.com is wholly owned by Kloz Inc.  All orders ship from our warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

At this time we are not offering Financing on the website.  Please contact us directly (info@GoAlignPilates.com) if you need assistance.

We have a showroom in our offices in Toronto.  If you live elsewhere, we would be happy to contact one of our many studios around North America and ask them if you can test there.  Referrals are also available upon request.

The Align-Pilates equipment comes flat packed. We offer both written (PDF) and videos showing how to assemble our equipment.  Assembly is quite simple and straight forward. 

We recommend having 60cm each side of the equipment to give you and your clients space to perform different types of exercises.

For commercial reformers: 150kg max. user weight

For home reformers: 120kg max. user weight

The Studio Reformers come with 5 nickel plated quality music wire springs in 3 different strengths (2x Light, 2x Medium & 1x Strong).

The Home Reformers come with 4 classical style nickel plated music wire springs set up (1x Light, 2x Medium & 1x Strong).
