These Align-Pilates Pro Soft Weights are ideal for Pilates, plyometrics, balance training, and mobilisation exercises. In addition to offering a more fluid range of motion to using a standard dumbbell, the soft weight design is safer due to their soft-shell design, reducing the risk of damage or injury if dropped. These Pilates soft weights are filled with iron sand and the shape also helps to promote the development of functional grip strength, while also offering a more comfortable fit to your hands. Available in 0.5kg, 1kg, and 1.5kg. Sold in pairs.
