Shipping
Shipping Terms- All products are F.O.B. our warehouse. The buyer is solely responsible for all charges related to the shipment.
IMPORTANT: Upon delivery, please inspect your order. If you find any damage to the packaging, take photos and note "damaged" when signing for the package. This will help us resolve any shipping issues.
This inspection must be done prior to you signing the waybill. Align-Pilates will not be responsible for damages to your order if the above is not followed.
Delivery for Large Items
Large equipment is carefully packed in premium cardboard boxes, and is secured to a custom fit wooden skid, prior to shipping. There are two delivery options available for most orders but that is dependent on the final delivery destination.
Please note the following:
• “Delivery Price” includes only one scheduled delivery.
• The freight carrier will call you directly to schedule your delivery.
• Deliveries are scheduled during regular business hours.
• After-hours, weekends, re-deliveries, and storage may incur extra fees which can vary from carrier to carrier.
Curbside
This is our standard delivery service for Large Items, and the service level presented on this website. Products are shipped by ground, with one of our nominated freight-carriers, and delivered as close to your premises as possible. The equipment will be removed from the truck, by the freight carrier, and then their job is complete. It is your responsibility to carry, unpack, and install the equipment. Also, you will be responsible for any/all garbage and recycling, including the wood pallet(s). You will need 2 people to carry the product into your house.
White Glove
This premium service is available for most destinations, in the Continental USA and Canada, for an extra charge. The freight carrier will unpack your shipment, move it to the chosen location and remove all packaging including the wooden skid. Large Items should arrive in 9-12 business days.
Canada
Large Items should arrive in 9-12 business days.
Deliveries Outside Continental USA & Canada

Delivery for Small Items
All small items, such as accessories and parts, will be shipped via UPS STANDARD. Shipping rates are calculated automatically, based on the dimensional weight or the actual weight of the package. Rates are also determined by the final shipping destination.
Continental USA
Small Items should arrive in 5-7 business days.
Canada
Small Items should arrive in 3-5 business days.
Outside of Continental USA and Canada
Transit time will vary, and the timing will be confirmed after order shipment.
